ELK Projects offers steel fabrication and detailing services for the Australian market. 

We have local and international steel fabricators to supply steel, depending on your project requirements and budget. 

Steel Pricing

Steel fabrication pricing starts from $2500 per tonne out of Asia or $7500 per tonne to manufacture locally in Australia.

Steel Quality Control 

ELK projects will oversee the full quality control of the steel, ensuring compliance with the BCA, AS 5131 and AS4100. 

We will specifically develop a project plan to capture all the requirements for the fabrication, including overseeing the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). The steel will be delivered with a full Manufacture Data Register (MDR). 

ELK also utilises full-time resident welding engineers to oversee the quality of the fabricated steel. This ensures samples are taken and tracked for testing at certified laboratories, Ultrasonic Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing and ITP requirements are verified. 

Additionally, we can offer detailing and engineering services if required.
